Return Policy

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not damaged, engraved or corroded artificially, with all tags attached.

Order Cancellation
If you want to make an order cancelled, you'd better cancel it before the order has been dispatched. We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.

Return
You may return unworn and unused Pandora Jewellery merchandise within 7 days of receiving item for a full refund or exchange provided, it is in its original condition and packaging. Please note the following instruction.
1. Please contact us within 7 days of receipting item via E-Mail or Live Chat stating your order number and the item you are returning. Our Customer Experience Team will then issue a Return Authorisation Number by email which will contain all relevant return information.
2. Return the item to us using the address provided. Please do not write the number on the item packaging itself. You are responsible for all costs to facilitate the return of the item to us. We don’t accept any liability for returned item until they have been received by us. We recommend using an insured and trackable delivery method. Please ensure the item is packaged securely and appropriately for postage.
3. Please allow 3~5 days for the return to be processed.

Refunds 
Just return the items in original condition with all packaging. It is your responsibility to fully insure the item for its return to us. We cannot refund if it is lost in the delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items are not in original condition and will return the goods to you at your cost.

Note: Please contact us at first to obtain the return address, tell us your shipping address and billing address. Retain your tracking number as we will be unable to refund or replace your order without proof of delivery.
